DuraTier™ is a dryer fabric specifically designed for unorun groups.
DuraTier™ offers superior wear resistance when compared to standard flat warp dryer fabrics. The special embedded seam gives 3 times higher seam resistance to seam wear compared to standard flat warp dryer fabrics. The high number of contacting points/cm² increases heat transfer to the paper sheet.
DuraTier™ is designed for single tier positions where abrasion resistance is critical, especially machines producing brown grades.
Available on request: MicroGrip™ surface with high adherence polymer and DuraTrac™ high adherence edge coating for optimal fabric guiding.
