MaxiFlyer™ is the new advanced evolution of the SSB concept developed by the Cristini Research team.
MaxiFlyer™ compact design allows the best possible ratio between fiber support and dewatering capacity for the optimal fines retention, drainage and sheet structure. The well locked design pattern offers a record dimensional stability with a compact caliper for the best possible resistance to fabric collapse.
MaxiFlyer™ is designed for fourdriniers and for the bottom position of hybrid formers. Designed for the production of packaging grades whatever the speed of the machine.
The G version of MaxiFlyer™ is ideal for high speed gap formers due to the total absence of water and fibre carry.
The S version of MaxiFlyer™ is recommended for positions where maximum retention and sheet coverage are required, i.e. the top position of hybrid machines for production of white top.
Available on request: ultrasonic cut reinforced edges, ultra high wear resistance nanotechnology lifelines.
