MicroSeamPrexx™ is the innovative seamed version of MicroPrexxcombining ultra-high density with compression controlled battfor high nip dewatering efficiency

The new seam technology used allows a fast and easy installation with maximum resistance to flap wear. MicroSeamPrexx™ provides excellent loop interlocking to create a superior seaming tunnel with identical fluid dynamics for seam and felt eliminating seam shadow-marking.
Marking free, MicroseamPrexx™ is designed for demanding positions on high speed graphical paper machines with high specific load, high water load and where surface wear resistance is critical.

Available on request: TriAxial™ high density PA 6.0 fibers, DuraBond™ co-extruded bico fibers and Interface™ special anti pilling polymeric surface layer.
